Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchases, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells and BLACK tear tag is intact, items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.
Return shipping labels range $6-$12 depending on weight and location. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
PROCESSING
Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
We currently do not offer exchanges.

DAMAGED RETURNS
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 1 day of delivery.
Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the shipping label.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
Items without the original tags and packaging
Items marked FINAL SALE
Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events.
