Shipping & Returns


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging bag, please do not rip the bag open. Just use top closed seal and open it gently. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, side BLACK tag is teared or garments show apparent signs of use. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. 



US Returns

Please return any item(s) using our return service provided you return label within 14 days of delivery. 


Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, garment bags and tags should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork, tags. Shipping charges will be deducted.

Return your product

  • Enclose your item(s) you wish to return in the original box.
  • Fill in request form. We will send you label for returns.
  • Attach the pre-paid returns label provided to the outside of the box. Label cost will be deducted from your total amount.
  • Take your package an official drop off point.

You may return your item(s) to us using your own shipper if you wish. If you do, please return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. Please send your return in the original box. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

Burbank CA, 91504 is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the cost at purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow one week for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.


Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider.
